I have been in touch with your teammebers (Namrata Pradhan,Jai Prakash,Tanisha Rawat-nodal officer) from past 24 days for my refund whenever i write an email they reply to me after minium-4-5 days and ask same details again which have been shared to them in the previous email first i got the dedline of 3-4 working days for my refund ,than after 10 days they said it will be refunded in 7-8 working days and now a week prior on 21st December 2022 i have got an update that it will take 15-20 working days i have been trying to contact the person who has all the details and whenever i asked them to let me speak to the person who knows all the details they just disconnect the call. Please let me know who is your legal team so that i can take the legal actions against the same as it is not only fraud also mental harassment. Pathetic flight delays

Goa to Pune flight SG 526 got delayed for 2+ hours on 23rd Dec 2022. Very poor service overall. I will never travel by spicejet.

User's recommendation: Never fly by Spicejet ever. Always expect delays.

Online purchase didn't realize and no refund after 2 months

We tried to purchase a ticket online on 22nd of Oct, from Dubai to Cochin and the transaction failed from their side and money got credited from our bank. We had to book a ticket with another airline to travel. We then reported the issue to their support team, and they sent us a form to fill the details, which never worked. It took them almost one month to collect the details properly, and then we got a mail confirmation that it will get refunded in 20 days, and it has been a month since then and no sign of refund. I had been hearing the same story from few of our friends and looks like they are purposely doing to keep hold of this interest free money for this long. Such a poor customer support they have and wish nobody else would have to go through this again.

User's recommendation: Better not to choose this Airline if possible.

Same here for me, due to their system error, i could not complete the booking but money got credited and now it's been more than three months that they have not refunded me even after constantly chasing them . its a big fraud going on.

Travel issues for delayed luggage

I have been trying to get reimbursed for unexpected travel issues for delayed luggage and cancellation of flight. Used the Chase United Card. Would think it would be easy. You are not easy.

Worst service
