They dont provide service they charge for
They sold me SpiceMax service and on the flight when asked for such service, They said we dont have your promised meal selection and rather then explaining the situation, They said this is usual and you can go ahead and file a complain... This is something very rude.
.. over the counter they said your booked seats are not available and you need to select other seats and we dont have all seats in the same row... if you cannot provide the service why do you charge extra... ??
I have been following with spicejet customer service pass 1 month, there is no response ...
what kind of service is this ... Never going to travel with spicejet

Resolved: Not answering on mail/calls, They are not sticking to their promises, full refund not initiated as per communication it’s been 11 days.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I have emailed customer service, the nodal officer, and appellateauthority@***.com five times, but have still not received a reply. They have only refunded me 40% of the amount. According to our communication, they are obligated to pay the full amount, excluding the convenience fees, since the flight was delayed for more than 24 hours.

Flight delay by 2hrs
The flight was delayed due to operational reasons by 2 hours, which made it impossible for me to catch my next flight which was at 17:55 PM.

I want compensation of 10 lakh rupees because I was unable to attend my important meeting on time, which led to a total loss of INR 5 lakh rupees, plus an additional 5 for mental harassment.

Resolved: I have not received my ticket Confirmation
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I just tried to send emails or registered my complaint by phone call.Not really happy with service.

Refund stuck since long
No one received the call. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes.
Pathetic service. Customers have to wait and face troubles for a very long time just to get their own money.
Also, after that, no one responds. There is also no reply to the email.

Refund for airlines flight cancellation
My two flights have been cancelled by the airline with booking ID NF7KID34JI2PE76Z7780.
SG 105 and SG 106 were the flights that were cancelled by the airline.
